Successful X Failure

What is failure and success?
When can you say, that you are a failure or successful?

We set some goals, and if they don't happen after some attempts, people will term it as failure. I see something to analyse the previous statement. Goals are set but do we like them or do we suit to accomplish the goal is a big question. Only God knows the answer to the question.

Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore left "Fairchild Semiconductors" after many failed attempts to introduce new technology processors in the company. A great failure, wasn't it? They started a company in 1968 called "Intel Corp" which means corporation of intelligence and is now the leader in the microprocessor world. Failed persons had created a great dynasty and now treated as succesful leaders in the industry. And some day, another company X, may come and grab its whole market. Then they are again treated as a failure. Failure and sucess is just relative to the time. Failures can become successful and viceversa. "Never think about the result, think about the plan of action", a wonderful quote but demands great mental strength which in turn makes us more mature.
